When connecting with and expressing yourself is not enough in the moment.

Sometimes sitting and talking with a friend is not enough and it can be hard to reach out to those around you.

We won't leave you to sit alone in this one.

It's okay to ask for help. When we need to connect to supports, we need to connect with others. You taking the first step to do so is very brave and courageous.
