Love before it's gone.

People come and go.

Love them before they're gone.

People come and go.

Express fully with your whole self.

Share the love held within your heart in its wholehearted genuineness.

Holdings of endless love that glows and beams and radiates.

People come and go.

Treat every interaction as if it were your last with them.

With care, intention, consideration.

Slowly, taking time, and creating each moment to be valuable.

We don't know what tomorrow will bring.

We don't know if we'll see someone again.

Yet, we forget this so often. Enough that we take it for granted.

People come and go.

You hold so much love in your heart.

You have so much love to give.

So, give it to all that deserves it.

All the people, things, places, spaces, animals.

Give all your love.

For love will never ever run out.

There's always more love to give and there can never be enough.

Sometimes, we can't be overthinking or caring about misunderstandings or what people will think.

Sometimes, we just have to be brave and express your love, gratitude, appreciation, thanks, everything meaningful you want to tell people.

Sometimes we have to forget about worrying unnecessarily and instead, think about the other person.

Think about how the other person would feel on the receiving end, not only about how we feel - in our awkwardness or discomfort; in our fear or shyness - and express ourselves with care for them, not for us.

[For us, the expression towards the other person in the present moment, in the time period they are a part of our lives, is unintended care too - but in a different way;

in a way where we will feel freer to share our authentic selves,

in being and showing and acting upon our true expressions of love, care, gratitude;

in that when the time comes people we care for depart from our lives in many ways throughout the timeline of our life journeys,

we flow apart, part ways, move forward with our own lives,

without regrets,

knowing we expressed what we wanted to for them, about them,

through interactions and conversations,

with peace,

knowing we gave the love we gave, did our best with it all,

didn't hold back with the love we have overflowing within us,

and treated our moments with them preciously and valuably.

For us, it's the aftermath of the grief when people leave our lives,

when we are left with memories,

that we can realise the effects of the care that comes to us from how we shared our love with the people we care about].

In doing so, we focus on caring for the other person and how we make them feel.

Jump over the discomforts in our own head and mind of swirling contemplations.

Jump over and make the other person feel loved and appreciated.

Let them know how you feel.

Let them know how they made you feel.

Let them know you're grateful and thankful.

Let them know they are appreciated.

Let them know the positive impact they've had on you.

Let them know the value of their presence and being a part of your world.

Let them know how meaningful and special it is to have met and been a part of each other's life in whatever way they were to yours in this journey.

Let them know.

Because we can't read minds.

We can't read hearts.

At least not with 100% knowing.

Unless we say it, communicate it, express it.

People won't truly know what you're thinking or feeling unless you say so.

Share your love with people you appreciate.

Love is everywhere and within everyone.

Love and care and appreciation.

Your family and relatives, your pets and friends, your lovers and partners; your colleagues and teammates.

Everyone who has significance in your life.

Let them know.

I'm sure they'll treasure your precious words to them.

I'm sure they'll hold it close to their heart as they continue their journeys in life.

People come and go.

You may cross paths again or you may not ever again.

So, love before it's gone.

Love with your whole heart.

Even if it's scary, it's time to be brave.

This life is too short and we often forget that.

Love people and show them your love.

Do it afraid.

Love.

Free yourself from the social concerns or worries of misunderstandings. If one happens, it happens, and you can face it then; but that is only if - otherwise, it's only worry of the mind for something that may never happen or come.

It's okay to feel scared to express fully. After all, it's because love means to be vulnerable, and vulnerability can be scary. But that's also part of life and what it means to live and connect with people.

That's what it means to be alive.

People come and go.

They stay for a short time or long time.

And sometimes we don't know how long for.

But when they do conclude and leave in a chapter of your life, at a point in your journey,

if you loved them without regrets,

if you loved them to your best abilities at the time,

if you expressed your heart genuinely,

if you said the words you wanted to say and let them know their valuable impact,

if you did your best in this relationship, and you can reflect on that with peace knowing you did your best with your time spent with them,

then, isn't that what matters?

Isn't that enough?

You didn't hold back; you made every second, minute, moment, meaningful and intentioned with care to the person.

Then, there may be less regrets, no regrets - because you fully loved and cared. Because you let them know how valuable they were.

People come and go.

Connections join to entwine and unwind into release.

Love before it's gone.

With no regrets.

Life is too short to not love people.

Life is too short to hold back our expressions of love.

Our time on earth is short.

So, make every moment with every person you care about count.

Leave with love.

Live with love.

Learn to love.

It's time to take the courage more and more, wherever we can.

We don't always get a second chance or another day, so love like it's the last.

Sincerely,

An additional element I'd love to share for this reading experience:

Here's a complimentary song album recommendation I have for you to listen to alongside my written piece. The lyrics resonated while writing my feelings and thoughts poured into this star (blog post), so I think this album of songs really matched on this topic of life. It also inspired some of my thinking, as I wrote this. I hope you enjoy this music addition, as you read and reflect.

Thank you for reading and exploring this star from SWO.

A safe space for expressing & venting: get something off your chest or write your feelings, experiences, and more. Think of this as a blackhole - a letter of thoughts being sent from yourself, transcending beyond.

Thanks for sharing, precious. I hope you are doing well, always. Take care of yourself. <3
